    That's not a 15C - awesome.
Like the 11C - just with a thin handle. This razor must be really old.

It's crazy to me how similar it looks like my 1906 single-ring

Ok, she came in today. (Gotta love a faster eBay shipper) As you can see from the pics, there are quite a few stains in the knurling on the handle. It's been through a couple warm soapy soaks and the same number of soaks in Scrubbing Bubbles and it doesn't even seem to be lightening up. Notice that the knurling appears to be painted white, and I don't want to damage that. Anyone got any ideas?!?

The Goo Gone won't affect the paint?

I don't think that's paint. I have a Hoffritz that has a very white handle, but only on the knurling. I wonder if the knurling could make it appear that way or it could simply be the type of silver. Either way, it looks nice when all cleaned up.

I used TarnX with a cotton ball on mine, then quickly rinsed it off. The I used a silver polish on a soft bristle toothbrush and some bare hand rubbing. After the polished dried (which is what the directions said) I rinsed it off, dried it and used a LCD screen cleaning cloth to polish it. Looks great.

If you use TarnX, you'll know it's hitting tarnish when it smells like eggs. It really smells bad. Just don't soak anything in it or leave it on too long. Basically, follow the direction. LOL

BTW, nice score, that was a very good price by eBay standards.

So, this razor is silver (or at least plated)? In that case, would the baking soda/aluminum trick work, also?

It might, you never know. But I can tell you I used it on a Hoffritz Slant with the white "paint", which is very similiar to what you have there, and it didnt affect it at all.
