Cheap setup in the UK

The long Easter and May breaks have allowed me to have a few more attempts at DE shaving - and yesterday evening I was delighted to achieve my best shave ever (age 49). I use Cartridge in the shower, for convenience, when working and get great results but yesterdays was like a billiard ball

Whats more, I used new kit for me - some sourced based on the great reviews here - and deliberately at low price point - a travel kit

Razor - Lord L6
Blade - Lord Super Chrome (free with razor)
Soap = Palmolive Stick
Brush - Wilkinson Sword bristle

The total cost of the above £11.90

That L6 is a real gem of a razor - as others have said I got it for travel but may well get a couple more and stick !

All you need for under £12. Cant be wrong. How ever you do know by just being here you will get the urge to splurge on up-rating your brush, soap and razor dont you. :)

Great Stuff! I started off with something very similar (except I inherited my fathers generic open comb razor ). The palmolive sticks have to be the best shaving bargain out there. The palmolive cream is up there too.

I'm really glad to hear that people are starting to appreciate the lord razors.
