1st: Travel Boar Brush. This is a wooden handle brush that uses a TGN 20mm UK Cream Boar Knot (no longer available) with peak loft ~ 50mm. I had to drill lout the wood handle to make the knot fit exposing bare wood; I coated all bare wood surfaces with epoxy prior to setting the knot. Brush lathered twice; both test lathers in a bowl. I bought 2 Boar knots, not sure why, I'm not a boar guy,,, must a been the "when these are gone they will be unavailable" note on the TGN page ;-)

The photo shows the yellow handle boar next to my GFT travel brush and tube (not included in sale) so you can get an idea of the size. Total brush height ~ 3-3/4 inches.

2nd: Boar Project Brush. For the semi-do-it-yourselfer ;-) Another TGN UK Cream Boar Knot (also no longer available) and a pre drilled handle. This knot is 22mm and loft (from bottom of knot) ~ 70-72mm. The handle (a Cavalier) is hollow to about 27mm deep allowing you to fill to desired set level. Again, I'm not a boar guy, so someone should get this that will use it.

The photos show the Knot, Handle, and knot setting in handle (as shown is set ~ 16-17mm deep).

3rd: West German Boar Brush. Unused, includes box. An antique store find, I over paid, and on top of that, I'm not a boar man,,,, did I say that already. Knot is ~ 22mm. Handle is ~ 2-1/4". Total height is ~ 4-1/4".

4th: Z-4 Black Handle Super Speed. Squeaky clean, this razor is mechanically perfect and cosmetically is "EXCELLENT/FINE", no plate loss no pitting, just not as shinny in some spots. I have two, and was a toss up between which one I was going to keep. Opens and closes smoothly, closes tight and even.
