Default Netflix: "Guns of the Civil War"

Just a heads-up for anyone interested, that there is a three-part documentary on the Netflix instant stream called "Guns of the Civil War" (NOT the same thing as the History Channel series of a few years back).

It is an odd documentary - I can't figure out whether it was made for a college course or for a trade show or something, it doesn't have a mass-media feel to it. The first two parts are pretty good if kind of repetitive, and show a ton of small arms from the war. Some serious 19th century gun pron in there. The third part was about artillery and was not very good.

Anyone who likes ogling Civil War era rifles and pistols should check it out, especially part two of the series.

Thanks-I love my Netflix InstantView AND the Civil War. No telling how many times I watched the Ken Burns series, will have to check this one out!
