Dr. Bronner's Shaving Gel

I was in Whole Food's Market yesterday and bought a tube of Dr. Bronner's Lime Lemon Grass Shaving Gel.

I have used the Dr. Bronner's Peppermint and Lavendar Liquid Castille soaps for years.

Great products! So I thought, if Dr. Bronner's makes it, it must be great. Wrong! Awful scent, awful color, no lathering. Had to stop midway through the first pass to wash it off because it was just not cutting it. Lathered up with Pro Raso Sensitive to finish the shave.

I am actually going to take the tube back to Whole Foods for a refund. It cost 7.99 for the tube at the Whole Foods in Pasadena.

Anyone else tried the Dr. Bronner's Shaving Gel? Better experience? Similar? Worse?

No, I've not tried it. Since it's a gel I'm guessing it's brushless so that would keep it off my list. Thanks for the tip tho.

I had the same experience. I returned the tube for a refund. I can't imagine anyone liking the stuff.
