    Default Best overall AS product?

Lets not talk cost at all. I just want to know what everyone feels to be the best all around. Sent, feel, skin conditioning etc.

Right now I think Musgo Real and Speik are on top for me. Thinking about trying Floid next..... Lets hear some of your opinions.

Each is great in my collection, purely based on overall performance I would say Proraso AS splash and Musgo Real (with AV Ice blue a close second, I add extra menthol, it is even better!!!!).

For soothing, moisturizing, protection, scent and value-for-money OVERALL, the undisputed king is Aqua Velva Classic Ice Blue.

Although, I gotta say, the new version of Stetson Cooling Moisture aftershave is now on my field and running hard to claim the lead. It has a few more face goodies and a very attractive scent.

Well I have to say the best one is the one I decided to use on any given day. This morning I decided the best would be George Trumper's Astor Aftershave. Tomorrow I am leaning towards original Old Spice Lime or maybe SCS Savoy Rose Splash. So many great products and so many choices. Damn, I love shaving.

    Thumbs up

    Chris:
I love how Pinuad Clubman Special Reserve smells...so crisp, pleasant and fresh. It has such a bold masculine and 'timeless' fragrance that instantly cools, tones & refreshes my face and body and is a exhilarating freshener after my morning shaving ritual and shower. A little goes a long, long way with hints of leather and spice that 'lingers' through most of the day...plus the Mrs. loves it.

Also, this scent always takes me back when I was a young 'whipper-snapper' (back in the days of 'ol'e time' Barber Shops w/ leather strops attached to the Barber Chairs and the faint aroma of Cigars est...),...after getting a fresh haircut ('high & tight'), and getting a 'splash' of Clubman and a scalp massage. Simply Bliss

Additionally, I fondly remember my Father (of whom I've always thought of as great teacher and gentleman), splashing Clubman on his face after a DE shave in the morning.

Now that I'm a 'big boy & all grown-up'....my scent of choice is Clubman Special Reserve...as one of the true 'Arts of Manliness'

I have a lot of A/S products and most of them perform very well, but the one item in my shaving collection which really stands out is Lucky Tiger A/S and Toner. It is basically a very lightly but pleasantly orange-scented no-alcohol witch hazel with aloe and other good stuff for your skin thrown in. Nothing that I have works as well as this does to cool a burning face when I have a rough shave. I am really glad that they make this!

    Nice reply's.

I gotta say that I did grab some Clubman a few weeks ago, which led to flash backs of my childhood and my old barber. I loved going in there and grabbing a 5 cent pina colda soda, and a flat-top. First exp with a straight was there, he used to humor me even before I had anything to shave.

Hadn't really considered much of the nostalga behind the sents. I guess that moves Clubman up my list.
