Summary: Those ancient and huge Friodurs are wonderful shavers. Now, after some learning, I can give a decent edge to the razors,...but this "coticulized" Friodur has surprised me, very sharp but really smooth....I have enjoyed a wonderful shave with my beloved boar LE from Semogue and the best MWF lather.

My first DE shave in a year... A slight change in routine is nice, even for myself who loathes change..
The Duke 3 arrived yesterday, and today is it's first use. I always tend toward 'da Fat when trying a new addition to the stable, as it's a known quantity that I know will perform!
The Jaguar EdT... Yes, that Jaguar of motorcar fame.. One of the goodies from Phil at Bull Goose Supply. It came with the brush, along with today's blade. Phil is always great about tossing in free goodies, besides providing top notch service! Unfortunately, he always adds things that I like and then need to buy! (Just kidding, Phil! LOL )
Drambuie... What else needs to be said? I'm still a bachelor until tomorrow, and the U.S. is mad about the Royal Wedding, so tonite I will hoist a wee dram (or two) in honor of William and Kate... If it's good enough for Bonnie Prince Charlie, it's good enough for this heathen!
