Does anyone else use more than one razor when shaving?

I'm wondering whether I'm alone in this! I use 2 razors daily for my shaving routing, a standard butterfly DE for the majority of my face then a shavette for shaping up my chinstrap (a PROPER thick chin strap, not the trendy pencil thin type ) and when shaving my head every few days I use 3 different razors. Although I'm ashamed to admit I still use a fusion for shaving my head for the speed factor. I'll probably switch to a straight edge at some point in my life but for now I'm sufficiently scared by a shavette loaded with half a feather

I do as well.

Use a double edge disposable along with a DE razor as find for a real good clean smooth shave this works best for me.

Nothing wrong with this process if the end results are good.

I do but that's just because I want to try out all my different razors at once (using one for each portion of leg) so I can do a side by side comparison

My hubby does also, using DE for most and using Mach3 for trouble spots. He's hoping to start using a shavette soon to do the problem areas.

Yeah I use my shavette specifically for trimming my sideburns & sometimes use it on my top lip. Other times I get carried away and do my whole face with it, then use my Merkur Futur for my neck.

On average I would say I use 90% Merkur Futur & 10% shavette for my shave.

Quite often, since I shave on average every 3rd day, I'll use my DE for the first WTG pass, and then one of my straights for any other passes and any cleanup.

When I get new gear I A/B test quite often. That or if I get bored and want to play around. Its a great way to really learn the subtle differences each piece of gear creates in your shave.

I will do it occasionally. But I use them one at a time. I have not perfected a razor in each hand yet.

I use two different ones- First and third pass with one, second with other DE.

I use a Mach3 on my chrome dome and a Gillette NEW on my face.

I did it a lot when I was looking for the perfect blade. I used 2 Techs.

Generally use one---but on Fri morning the other day---the blade in the regular razor was getting a little sketchy---so instead of changing the blade, I did the last pass with my slant.

I often use an injector to get the area right under my nose. DE for every where else.

A normal shave usually involves three razors for me.

Admittedly, I've taken a lot of heat for my position.

Used to use 3 different DEs (Futur @ 4, DE89, WSC). Now I mostly do everything with the Futur, but just under the nose I use a cheap thingy to get rid of the last hairs I could not get to with the Futur.
