...of Proraso AS. (The green liquid with alcohol.)
I'm a few weeks into str8 shaving now, and today took time for a nice leisurely shave - tried to go for BBS. Got close, but massive razor burn. That's okay; I'm still learning, so I expect days like this.
My usual post-shave is Thayer's toner and Proraso pre/post. But today I decided to try some of the Proraso AS. I knew it would sting more than usual because of the job I did on my face today.
Poured some in my hand, slapped it onto my face, heard someone screaming, realized it was me, and decided that this had been a bad idea.
But I'm glad I toughed it out and waited; within a minute, the pain melted away and was replaced by the most unexpectedly wonderful soothing sensation...
There's magic in that little bottle!
