Ya gotta wonder how many of those names are done intentionally for the attention. There used to be a Chinese takeout near were I worked called "Hung Lo", it didn't last long...

Don't forget that many of these places are not in the US. I remember that the "Hitler's Crossing" restaurant in India got worldwide press. Who the hell would even think of such a thing as a marketing tool?

There is a Vietnamese Restaurant in Alhambra, California that is named Pho King.

There is a Chinese takeout down the road from my old place called "Wok Tu Yu" and in Kelowna there is a butcher shop called "Sir Loin's"

I do remember one in Boston years ago.

The burgers were pretty good.

When I told folks about the place they would always reply with a strange look when I mentioned the name.

Not sure if this pertains, or how true it is, but I read an article on BBC's website a while ago about a growing contingent of Indians who are fascinated with Hitler, possibly to the point of admiration.
