I was watching Top Gear, and Hammond drove his dream car -- a 1987 Ferrari F40. Wow, what a car! Beautiful, clean design/styling with a twin turbo, mid-mounted V8.

And it has no unnecessary bits at all -- no AC, no ABS, no radio, no carpeting, no power steering, no power anything. It's a purpose-built thumper. First production car to break 200mph, 3.5 seconds to 60mph.

It may be fast but without any A/C or a radio.I could not imagine it as my dream car.

I dunno. i'm fairly practical when it comes to most things so I don't know if splurging on a sports car or luxury sedan is my thing. if I had to pick though i'd go with an Aston Martin

I saw a show about this a little while back and when it's running wide open it gets roughly 1 MPG. Not the most fuel economic model out there. :lol:


But aside form that I've always loved Lamborghini's since I was a kid. Being able to take anyone I want it would be the Diablo VT.

I'm a simple man, you can have the esoteric high end cars. I want a fully restored - perfect 1966 Chevy Chevelle coupe, 396, 4 speed, power steering, no air. Black with black interior.

Dream car, that exists right now?

If the family isn't coming along...Tesla.

Not sure what I want exists yet if I have to tote the crew.

My dream car is any of the Corvette convertibles seen in "Route 66". That show ended in 1964, so all the Corvettes were roadster style.
