My NOS Unsmoked Brighams showed up yesterday. The stems were basically brown, so they are going to require some work. I opted to give the 2-dot a good workout with bleach/water 50/50 then took it from 400 grit all the way up to 12k micromesh. Then I buffed with a microfiber cloth and hit it with a bit of olive oil and buffed again. I think it looks pretty good for my first attempt. I'll post some better photos than these when I get a chance. These are just cellphone shots.

Just picked up a tin of 1792 Flake, as well. I've also placed a modest order with 4noggins, so I'll have some more goodies to show off in a few days.

LOL I think so. TAD is a killer up here in Canada, but ordering online isn't so bad. A 50g tin is in the $20-$25 range, so if I order 4 tins from the US, even with shipping I'm still coming out well ahead. Even if customs does ding me, I think I still end up ahead. They also often don't bother with small quantities like that.

I picked up a tin of SG Grousemoor, a local bulk blend called Chocolate Passion (I would call it Almond Joy, after the candy), a Czech tool and some PG solution.

Stopped in to see my guy Ken and came out with a few more to try. These are what he said between medium and full flavor.

I dunno, I'd be a little leary mentioning to anyone that you were going to step outside to shove some Coke up your nose.

A friend and I headed to the other good tobacconist in town yesterday (there's only two...maybe three here in Salt Lake). I told myself I was only going to pick up a can of snus, but we all know how that goes.

Tin of Sutliff Charlemagne - Does anyone know anything about this brand? Smells great but there are no reviews on tobaccoreviews.com. It was about $10
    General White Portion Snus
    Thunder Extreme Snus
    Djarum wood tipped clove cigar
A cigar the gentleman suggested. Can't even remember the name, but he had nice things to say about it.
Two more czech tools, because I can never seem to have enough of these.
Some fancy long matches. Silly to buy premium matches, but I loved the packaging more than anything.

I've never tried snuff, just dip, but those flavors sound delicious! I might have to look into this snuff (haha see what I did there, yes I'm very easily amused )

    Thank you sir.
I'm still pretty new to cigars and I can honestly say I never thought trying to find the cigar I like the best this much fun!

My wife and I are headed over to his house tonight to sample some of his personal collection. He's a really stand up gentleman and it's always a pleasure to step into the shop and bullsh!t with him for a few.
