I'm not in the market but I'm really surprised that these things haven't sold out. But it looks like they'll all be gone in the next few days!

    Great looking brush, Rudy!

Sounds about right since I first posted this. Might be down to 10 now if I subtracted right.

To be honest, I hate the color, but that was someone else's choice, and I know a lot of folk love butterscotch handles. The handle shape is just fine by me. I got one because it's a B&B exclusive custom and I like to support this finest of the fine. Made me go to Rudy's site and check some of his other brushes out. I found a couple I like the design and color of and am considering getting one. Just deciding on a general handle shape, material and knot.

Please Note: Rudy said the brushes on the site are customs he's done for people and had them up only as examples. The prices are out of date.

I think we're down to 8 brushes waiting for their owners to come out of the closet.

The fake butterscotch color is the only reason I didn't get one. I just do not like that color. If it had been in his "antique blue" (I think that is the name) I would have been all over it.

    BUT, you can't please everybody.

Looks like 8 more people need to wake up and order a brush! I want to see these sold out in the next 24 hours.

Same here on the color, but a lot of people seem to love it. Maybe it'll be better in person. Personally, I'd have voted for a black handle. On the other hand, someone's pushing to get a reissue of a group buy on a Simpson that I don't like the handle shape of; I don't think I'll be going for that one.

I'm in the same boat. I bought it, but am a little apprehensive about the color.

And to be even more honest, I don't really HATE the color, it's just not a color I'd choose. I know I'll love it when it arrives this summer.

I agree. I've never been a fan of a full butterscotch handle. Even though the brush does look really great... Great work Rudy

For me, the color is a very nice alternative to the beige and the black handles that you can get from almost any vendor.

Never cared for off colors like blue or red or such for a shaving brush.
