I'm gonna put this straight in the hands of Bruno from vintagescent.com, he makes some nice restorations. I know that he'll make a good work with this one.

Just "won" this one on e bay

Another vendor had one listed as a BIN for $295, I made a better than fair offer and he rejected it and relisted it.

I have the "Picadilly" version of that brush for my travel brush. Good little thing, and it fits in a tube.

Well my Clements razor arrived this morning. I won it in March but figured I may as well put it here. I tried to take pics of it but the ebay pics were much better than what I could manage.

I did get some pictures of the grind but they are kinda out of focus.

It looks in great shape. A bit of pitting near the shoulder and some rust on the tang aroung the pivot pin. Should clean up really easily and the pivot pin is still really tight.

    Hi everybody,

I'm new to the site and just starting into straights.

I won this earlier today, my first straight. If it doesn't work out I'll just use it to learn how to hone and do all that newb stuff I'll run into with it. Figure I couldn't really lose at this price on a W&B :)

Hope it was a good deal!

JPA, I'd say under $5 for a straight is a win no matter how you look at it. Even if it's only good as a practice razor for honing and stropping, I'd say you did pretty good!Of course, I know exactly zero about straights, so ignore everything I just said!

Yeah. I like the looks of those older ones. Do you know if it is suppose to have a screw-in cap in the bottom?

Thank you! From the pictures, it seems that it is, in fact, missing the bottom part of the handle.
