ALL SOLD, THANKS B&B!!
Starshavingsupplies Strop: "Big Mama"converted to barber end. Just the cowhide, no linen. No nicks, performs well. Great starter or travel strop. $19 shipped CONUS !!SOLD!!
HESS Hair "Silk Finish" Linen: This was a vintage NOS strop. I used it a few times on the backside. Performs well but I just have too many linen strops hanging around. I put a vintage style hanger on it so it can be used independently of anything else you have. $35 shipped CONUS !!SOLD!!
Roman Razor: I bought this from a collector in Norway. This is about as old as it gets for straights!! Don't expect to shave with it, but it looks great on display. It is from the 1st-3rd century AD, most likely used by a Roman soldier. Quite a step up from rubbing pumice on ones face!
It is well preserved for an iron razor. Coated with resoluable acrylic to prevent corrosion. How would that look in a SOTD pic!!
$27 shipped CONUS. !!SOLD!!
Wade & Butcher "Old Army Razor" (6/8) and Strop/Case: Really cool piece of history, but I'm not a collector and I don't use it. I shaved with it a couple of times and it does give a great smooth Sheffield shave. It has been some time since I used it, but I suspect it is still shave ready (still pops arm hairs). Has be disinfected with Barbicide. It has a nice patina which I did not want to ruin, so I left it as I got it. Just cleaned it, polished the scales a but and honed. $105 shipped CONUS !!SOLD!!
Czech Shave Creams: I have one tube of Olimon and one tube of Barbus. I only used them once to try out (pea sized dollop). They provided a fine shave but I prefer my Cella. $12 shipped CONUS for the pair. !!SOLD!!
Vintage Belgian Coti: I don't really hone often and haven't restored any razors in a long time so this is just sitting. The backside is BBW. It had a crack in it so I sawed it to use as a slurry. I don't have a metric scale handy, but converting it from inchs is about: 110mm(long), 100mm(short), 50mm wide. $65 shipped CONUS !!SOLD!!
