Ever-Ready SE blades

So I just got this Streamline. It came with 6 wrapped Ever-Ready SE blades. I am wondering if these blades can be stropped. The assumption being they are of the same era as the razor. What say the experts?

Sure they can be stropped. Whether you would want to use them to shave with is another question entirely.
