Default how many soaps/creams is too many?

I really didnt give it much thought because every third day or so I would grab a new flavor and savor.

Well now Ive embarked on a mission to find which personna blade is the best. I figure the quickest route, albeit the least exciting, is the (5) blades are the only variable. five blades, two to three shaves each, oh man Im closing in on two to three weeks of one soap and one razor!

At least its eucris as the soap constant . . .

On the upswing, once I find the blade maybe ill find the best soap for me. I have nine, well actually more but Williams is loosely defined as a soap, and will most likely not make the rotation.

What do you guys think of these and is this too many:

Cella (red container, are there different varieties)
    Proraso (white, a staple IMHO)
Eucris (EDT is on its way)
    MWF (phat indeed)
CO Bigelows (feels similar to proraso white. Is proraso green more potent?)
AoS Lavender (everyone should sample these creams)
Old Spice lime (havent tried it yet, nor any lime product yet)
Van der Hagen (sensitive, terrific aroma for a inexpensive soap)
Saint Charles New spice (have not shaved with it yet)

Well thats the long of it, thoughts?

You seem to have your bases covered in my opinion.
Maybe finish one before buying a replacement. You have a few that you may want to work through so that you can find what you are looking for. Creams and soaps tend to take up a lot of space, so they are one part of the shaving that I tend to hold back on. Think I have about 8 right now.

If you want more variation at this point, buy some glycerin and also start mixing soaps and creams.
Razors don't shave people. People shave people!

There is no such thing as too many.

    to much!

I have a bunch of Mama Bears samplers that Im going to PIF. Glycerin is good, tallow is better IMO.

Whats the skinny on mixing creams and soaps? one to one ratio, mill the soap and mix well with the cream? Or is it simply load the brush with soap then load again with cream? Theres some possibilities here!

I just put a slightly smaller drop of cream into my bowl, then do a slightly quicker load of the brush on the soap. Then mix the two in the bowl.
There may be better ways, but this works for me.

How many you need is determined by:

    - Your finances and ability to buy more
    - Room to store said soaps
    - Tolerance level of your SWMBO
