Folding travel razor info required?

Good morning gents,

I've seen similar razors to this on B&B before but despite searching for the relevant threads I can't locate them. Can anybody tell me what this type of razor is called and who manufactured them etc? What would a decent price to pay for this?

Any info will be gratefully received.

It looks like a Bigelow Parkin, which was the name of the maker. I've got one, but it has nickel plating, and doesn't have that flag emblem on it; it says "BP" there instead. The 1921 date looks right, though. Some real expert will no doubt be along to tell you more.

I've also discovered that the flag is the flag of Chiquita Great White Fleet (formerly United Fruit Company) shipping company rather than the Douglaston Yacht Squadron as alluded to in the other thread.

I never thought to look at commercial house flags.
