I used the crème from my VDH soap... Left it on for a few minutes while I started the shower and then rinsed it off when I got in.
Is that not a good thing to do? It's basically moisturizing cream at that point... When possible, I prefer to use alcohol based aftershave to stop any bleeding (the tiny nicks, I haven't cut myself since first using a DE a few months ago)
