This issue clearly lies with FedEx as I've never had good service from them (probably my geographical location). FedEx actually one time just threw an entire order over my backyard fence (over $2,000 worth of computer items for a new computer I was building). This fence is over 5 feet tall so it was a straight drop to the ground from that height and left to absorb the recent rain from the grass it sat in. Luckily everything still worked but it was a ghastly sight to come home too. That day I swore never to use them again lol.
It doesn't matter where the fault lies, it is our responsibility to deliver exactly what you ordered in new condition. Lili or Kevin will make sure to ship another on Monday.

We hear all sorts of horror stories about shipping services. The thing is we hear horrible stories about all carriers, so it's not an easy decision on who to choose to use. From our experience, FedEx is better than UPS on taking care of packages. But it all depends on who's handling the package.

I worked for UPS for a month several years ago. When loading aircraft I often saw a really large man (probably 350+lbs) take a seat on one of the boxes. He never checked to see what it was..just sat down on it. There are rules against this but of course they don't get followed.

I'm absolutely stunned sir, you and your company have went ABOVE AND BEYOND any expectations that I had regarding this issue and in the process have gained a customer for life. In this day and age it' a rarity for sure, my thanks for rectifying the situation, even when it wasn't your fault.
The reward of a thing well done is to have done it.

This seems to be common with John and WCS Always providing great service!

John, is the Merkur 1904/1906 safety bar razor going to be back in stock at some point? Wasn't sure that one was a current production model.

Yes, it will back in stock. When? I'm not yet sure. We're having stock issues will a LOT of our suppliers right now. The back order list with suppliers is the longest it's ever been. If you sign up for the back in stock notification you'll get an email as soon as it's back on the site. My apologies for the stock issue and delay.

Thanks for the reply John! And no worries, it was for a friend and I've decided on the 34c HD instead. So expect my order shortly!
