I got these blades, not sure if they have any Value, got them for 99 cents framed and all, Anyone know about them ?

Those are very early gillette blades. The numbers on the blades indicate the date of their production. There is a link to dating them somehow, but I'm too lazy to search for it.
As far as their value, I would say 99 cents. But they make a nice display piece for the shave den or office

Nice to see someone took the time to frame them. I think the effort is worth the same as the blade price. Always good to see a way of displaying traditional shaving habits.
