First DE shave today

Hello All,

First I would like to thank you all for all the tips on DE shaving.

I successfully completed my first DE shave with no nicks, cuts, or irritations. I just recieved my Merkur HD from WCS this morning, and I love it. I used a Merkur blade with no discomfort. I also got a sampler pack of blades and am looking forward to working my through them in search of the perfect blade.

Thanks again for sharing all of your wisdom on the art of the DE shave.

First of all, I think Congrats are in order on your first DE Shave (and good deal o getting a Merkur HD [I have the 23C & 38C ]).
