Are all you Mods the same or is there a hierarchy?
I just wonder if in your secret mod cabal there is someone who you all defer to.
This is a legit question. Please don't drag it into the Clown House (as if I can stop that by asking).
I totally can see this thread going wrong. I'm prepard for the worst.

The mod Team is run as a committee with each member equal. All policy and practices are developed as a group with Joel having omnipotent last say on any issues.
