Thought we had a list on here!! Hmm - will have to check later. At any rate, I can recommend Parfum1, Beauty Encounter, Fragrancenet and Scentiments. Also Scented Monkey. Several are having specials at the moment. These are discounters; if you are looking for higher-end stuff there are others, including Parfums Raffy and Lucky Scent.
Agreed. I would stay away from perfume.com and 1stperfume.com. They are owned by the same people.
