Spanish Town Mardi Gras Parade

Hi Friends,

I know we have some members from Louisiana and just wondering if anyone planned on coming to the Spanish Town (downtown Baton Rouge) Mardi Gras parade this Saturday, March 5th.

If you are attending, look for a well-shaved gentleman on a blue float from the Krewe of It's 5 O'Clock somewhere! This is the picture of the float for the side I will be riding on near the back. You can tell this side because our clock is near the front (it's near the back on the other side). We will be dressed as Pirates and sharing the spoils of our treasure!

If I was going to be in BR, I'd come down. I only get to BR about once a year now.

Had I known that Endymion was going to be postponed, we may have driven to BR. I was expecting about 100 people to my party on Canal St and Jefferson Davis. Now, I have enough chips, salsa, king cake, hot dogs, Hooters wings, beer, soft drinks and booze to feed an army (or a Charlie Sheen get together).
