Post Your Pictures - Covered Tangs

One of the appeals of collecting straight razors are the embellishments makers used to distinguish their razors. File work, forged spines, thumb notches and pressed scales - such extras surely enhance a razor's appeal. For my money, however, nothing beats a covered tang. Below are a few pictures of those I've been able to acquire.

Let's stoke the SRAD - we want to see your razors with covered tangs.

I had no idea what a covered tang razor was 5 min ago. But now I want one; particularly one like that diamond or pelican.

Covered tangs just don't do it for me. They remind me of cheap silverware with the plastic handles.

But, that's just more for all of you! :w00t:

Got this one last week. Haven't cleaned it up yet, but I honed it and it's a great shaver.

Well the only covered tang razor I have is the King Pelican that has shown up twice in this thread. Amazing shaver though :thumbup1:

Does heavy tarnish count as a medium for coverage?
If not, I'm sorry to say that I can't contribute here...

But I will follow closely, there's all ready some mighty fine razors here:thumbup:
