mix and match different brands?

Do people stick with the same manufacture for the entirety of theyre shave?
Like when I use a proraso soap, I follow it up with proraso AS. It may sound weird, it may not, I dunno, but I notice myself doing this for the majority of my shaves, though I often throw on a bit of witch hazel during the whole routine as well, and tapwater, but thats just being silly now
Do others follow this pattern or am I just a nutter?

Yes, I mix and match all of my products. I only have about three sets of the same branded items. But, I still mix those up with other brands.

No I mix it all up.

Yesterday it was:
williams shaving cream lather
hot towel to wipe it off then relather with TOBS sensitive
1st pass
Hot towel
relather with TOBS sensitive
2nd pass
rinse face & neck
dab dry with towel
Marks & Spencers aftershave balm

I generally mix it up given the limited and eclectic nature of my gear at present. However, when I shave with my C&E Sienna Soap I follow it up with the matching balm and eau de toilette. I love the smell of that stuff, and so does my wife.

It all depends. Generally, I mix it up a little bit. However, I have one soap that has a pretty unique smell. I almost always use the matching aftershave with that, as anything else clashes.
