Peter already has more than one of these so I think he let someone else grab this one. It was purchased by someone on the West Coast or so the rumour goes.

I do not know him but after Manchu auction he retracted his bid from the horn handle Rooney auction.
A nice rare brush. I bet there aren't more that a dozen of those in existence. I have a size 1 and it is a great little brush for soaps.
Rare indeed but....the ones produced are out there. I know of 1 guy who has 4 of these.
