I was having trouble ordering on their website from the UK and emailed them asking for assistance as it wouldn't recognise my address.
They asked for my address and today I received 4 oils in the post. How nice is that.I am assuming free of charge as I haven't already paid for them. They apologised for me having trouble ordering and stated that customer satisfaction was more inportant than anything else. That is so kind.
Having tried the oil tonight I have to say it wipes the floor with the AOS oil. It is thinner for starters and is a great pre shave oil and something I will not be ordering on a regular basis as part of my buying in from the US orders.
Just wanted to tell you guys what a super company to do such a thing.
