dog went to the vet today.....

hey all i had to take my dog to the vet today for a cut she had gotten about a week ago that doesnt seem to be healing since she is always gnawing at it so the wife and i take the dog to the vet . vet gives a us a spray to use on the cut 2 times a day and also this e-cone . well i must say from the second i put the e-cone on the dog she just made this look like she was trying to say why are you embarrassing me with this thing. The other dogs are going to make fun of me . so of course i figured i would post some pics so every one can see how funny she looks with it on .

What's the prognosis? How's she doing?

I had a scare a few days ago, my little Cocker Spaniel Cooper somehow got into my girlfriend's migraine medication. We don't live together and the golden (pictured in my avatar) lives with me and our two cockers live with her. She took him to the vet immediately after she found him playing with the package. I met her and we waited and worried for 2 hours while poor little Cooper sat in the back throwing up. Thank God they couldn't find any pills and he's doing great. But it was so scary.

well the prognosis is that she is fine the cut just kept getting worst and worst cause of her gnawing at it vet says with in 5-7 days she should be ok .

Glad to hear your dog is ok i know how hard it is when you dont know what is going on with your dog . people think i am crazy the way i act about my dogs but truth of the matter is they are like my kids especially Bella when i first adopted her from north shore animal league she had a u.r.i. (upper respiratory infection) about a week after having her in my house i had to take her back for a recheck and they kept her there for 6 days she almost died she was only 8 weeks old at the time . i have become very attached to this dog . so i know how you must have felt .

Tim if you would like you can email me a couple of pictures of your dogs and i will gladly put them on my site . Of course i will gladly put every ones dog pictures on my site just include dogs names and breed in the email and i will add them as soon as i can .

I totally understand my dogs are my children.
