Mama Bear's Question - Nomad Equivalent

I went back to Crabtree & Evelyn's Nomad this morning after several weeks of exclusively using Mama Bear's. I found that the lather was not nearly as comfortable, but I still enjoyed the scent.

So, I'm wondering if Mama Bear has a scent that is similar to Nomad. If I could match up that scent to a quality lather, it would be perfect. I can probably make an educated guess on my own, but I figured I'd turn to the expertise of the forum. :p

I'm also open to suggestions on scents that might not be matches for Nomad, but might also be appealing to me based on that.

Sort of a self bump, but I may have one figured out:

C&E's website says about Nomad:

"Scent: Woody aromatic blend of exotic ginger, citron and green bamboo."


Mama Bear's Elements of Bamboo is described as:

"A harmonious blend of bamboo and cedar entwined with lemon, tangerine and ginger. Exotic, cooling, and refreshing."


Sounds pretty close to me. Is there anyone out there who has tried both that can verify if they're similar?

I haven't ever tried either of them, but if you e-mail Sue she might be able to tell you.

I sent an email to Sue. She said she didn't know if they're similar, and hasn't gotten any feedback saying that they were.

Ah well. I might order it anyway. :p
