Default The Great Den Reduction - Final Part

I've been reducing the shave den in anticipation of an upcoming move. This should be the final part of that reduction. All prices include shipping in CONUS. I will ship outside CONUS, just PM me for the cost.

All brushes will ship in the original box, except for the vintage, restored.

    THE GREAT STRAIGHT RAZOR DEAL
SOLD - $200 will get you all the following: Descriptions of razors are from top to bottom in the first photo. All are full-hollow grinds.

    1) Boker 5/8 - Blade is in excellent condition. Front tang reads "9 TE 5" and back reads "H. Boker and Co., USA". The tip of this had some damage, so I had Bob Keyes regrind and put new, clean scales on it. Razor is shave ready.
    2) Perfecto 5/8 - Blade is excellent condtion. The tang is blued and front reads "Perfecto", while the back reads "Peter J. Michels, New York, Made in Germany." This blade has been restored by Ambrose and is shave ready. The handles are black acryllic with a hot pink spacer.
    3) Bengall 5/8 - Good condition. Some light staining on the blade and a bit of rust around the hinge pin. Front tag reads "Bengall", while back reads "T. R. Cadmon & Sons, Sheffield, England." The hinge pin is a bit loose. I consider it shave ready, but YMMV on this one.
    4) Dovo Ebony Stainless Steel 5/8 - Blade is in excellent condition. I received it shave ready from Vintageblades, and have used a 3 or 4 times. I still consider it shave ready, but YMMV on this one.
    5) Wade & Butcher 6/8 - Good Condition - There is some light pitting/staining on the blade. There is also a scratch on the blade near the toe. This one was purchased from Sham over at SRP. I still consider it shave ready, but YMMV on this one.
    6) SRD brown leather roll up sheath - all the razors will ship in it.
    7) Ray-man pasted balsa strop

    THE "NOT SO PERFECT" BRUSHES

    1) Custom Shavemac with genuine horn handle and D01 hair - SOLD - $75 - The handle has a small hole in it. I'm not sure what caused it, but the close-up is in the 3rd photo. The brush is stable and no problems with the knot or any hair loss. Most of the writing on the handle has faded.
    2) Rooney Beehive 1 - SOLD - $75 - two-band. The brush was dropped and has a chip in the handle (as seen in the 2nd photo). The handle is stable and no issue with any hair loss.

    EDWIN JAGGER CHATSWORTH BARLEY DE
SOLD - $75 -- In excellent condition. I'm not sure if I have the original box or not.

    VINTAGE, RESTORED BRUSHES
-From left to right. All knots are from TGN and set with epoxy. Lofts measurements are approximate as done with the ruler/eye method. All brushes have been used enough to ensure there are no shedding issues with the knots.

    1) Unknown Mfr - $30 - black/butterscotch handle - 18 mm 2-band Finest and loft set at approximately 50mm. The handle was filled with epoxy to add weight.
    2) EverReady C-4 - $25- black/yellow handle - 18 mm 2-band Finest with loft set at approximately 50mm. This was my first resto and the drill got away from me (used a Dremel after this one). There is a small gouge in the top of the handle from the drill bit. I have pictured this in a photo.
    3) EverReady 300L - SOLD - $38 - black/clear handle - 24 mm 2-band Finest with loft set at approximately 56 mm
    4) Anchorset - SOLD - $38 - green/cream handle - 26 mm 2-band Finest with loft set at approximately 58 mm
    5) Fuller - SOLD - $38 - black/butterscotch handle - 22 mm 2-band, fan-shaped Finest with loft set at approximately 52 mm
    6) EverReady 100 - $27 - red cream handle - 20 mm 2-band Finest with loft set at approximately 52 mm. The handle was filled with epoxy to give it some added weight.

    SOME MORE BRUSHES
From left to right in the photo. All are in excellent condition.
    1) RV Custom - SOLD - $50 - butterscotch Polo-style hande with 22 mm black badger (with RV logo engraved on bottom). This one is bit prickly for me, but a beautiful brush and works very well. Used about 3x.
    2) Vulfix #41 - PENDING - $100 - used about 3x. Details here
    3) Vie Long El Toro Ganso - SOLD - $45 - used less than 10x. Details here
    4) Simpson Berkeley 46 - SOLD - $35 - used about 3x - Details here

I'm not usually one for gratuitous comments on things for sale, but someone needs to grab this Tabula Rosa. It's really great stuff, IMO.

I would get that Tabula Rasa deal if it wasn't already on the way from Lee which cost me $36 shipped.

The sad part is, I'll still have 10 brushes, 10 straights, 6 DEs and enough soap and cream to last for years!
