Complete Fragrance Line Rec.

Although there are many wonderful shave products to choose from, what "soup to nuts" fragrance line do you use and recommend? In other words, a shave cream/soap, AS, cologne, AS Balm, etc. of the same brand and fragrance. I'm personally looking for a more woodsy line up as opposed to an ocean or citrus fragrance, but would still like your thoughts on whatever.

If you're looking for woodsy, then either L'Occitane's Cade (soap & asb, altho there's no "Cade" cologne, unfortunately) or Harris Marlborough (soap/cream/splash/cologne) fits the bill.

Case closed.

EDIT: Actually, I think both Trumper & Taylor make sandalwood-scented lines (soap/cream/AS/cologne). Can't speak for them, though, since I haven't really used either.

Tabac has a pretty complete line of toiletries...assuming you like the scent. I do, but many have a different opinion.

I can't speak for Trumper's. But to my nose, the Harris Marlborough is all sandalwood & cedar. It's a nice, warm, woody scent.

There's no Cade cologne but the Eau de L'Occitan is a nice peppery cedar scent that pairs well with the Cade Soap and either the Cade ASB or the L'Occitan ASB.

I'm also a fan of the AOS Sandalwood lineup

TOBS has some fairly complete lines. Believe that their sandalwood is complete. Others you would have to check at their site (not other retailers).

Those would be my picks too, although I think you can do much better by picking soaps/creams, aftershaves and colognes that you like and that complement each other, rather than just popping for a series

James Bronnley has a quite comprehensive line of products in its signature scent. See http://www.bronnleyusa.com/james_bronnley.htm Each of the items that you name, plus others. No deodorant, I suppose.

I have used the edt, the AS balm, and the shaving cream, and all are excellent products of their types.--especially to me the AS balm.

I really like the scent and it seems very masculine to me. Something of a classic and classy British man's scent, without being simply a barber shop scent, and without seeming overly old-school or at all brassy.

It is far from an oceanic or a pure citrus (much less lemony) scent. But it does open up as Seville oranges (I assume that really means neroli) and bergamot, before evolving into spices (some green herbs, supposedly) and woods/oak moss.

Here is how J Bronnley describes the scent, which I think is pretty accurate: "Seville Oranges blend with Bergamot, exotic spices and fresh aromatic herbs, resting on a base of rich Cedar Mosses."
