Doctors still use DEs to shave an area prior to surgery. I think I've heard the numbers are for medical prep purposes.

When you place 200 of the numbers together and divide by 8 it reveals the special code for the B&B Fun Factory!
It's for group shaves of up to four people where all four have the same razor and blade. Each person puts a different number at the top right so that the razors don't get mixed up.
