    Default Non-Wool Dress Pants

Looking for a new set of dress pants that I'm able to wash in the laundry, but still considered business. I wore these, and although cheap, they suited my needs. <--Thanks Doc4. I'm not saying I'm looking for "cheap" pants. Just don't want to have to bring my pants to the cleaners weekly...

Can anyone recommend websites for me?

I gave up on the wool dress pants thing a long time ago. Between the expense of the pants themselves and the expense and hassle of dry cleaning them, it just wasn't worth it my opinion. I've opted for the higher end Dockers. I think it's the Signature series. I just get them at Kohls, but you can view them here: http://www.kohls.com/kohlsStore/land...ated+Pants.jsp

For me, they wash and hold up really well. I get good use out of them and they look good. That said, I revert to the wool dress pants on the rare occasion I wear a coat and tie.

    Hope this helps.

Like the post above. I've given up on wool pants for now. I just keep an eye out for sales, and buy whatever looks good. My suits of course are wool.

I agree with you all. The only problem is that I'm not a fan of cotton pants. My shirts have sheen on them (ctshirts) and cotton just doesn't work with the shirts.

I prefer wool pants, I find them fairly easy to take care of and much dressier for the office than cotton pants. I have 8-10 pair of wool or flannel pants that I rotate, 1 pair every other week and if you hang them upside down from the cuff, the wrinkles fall out. I usually wear each pair 4 times before I take them to the cleaners.

I usually wear the Brooks Brothers non-iron cotton pants to the office during the summer.

Most of my suits are wool, but I gave up on wool dress pants a while back.

Until I re discovered Filson wool whipcords.

Too bad they're only available in grey & green, I would have liked a navy & black.

Lots of brands make cotton dress pants. I have picked up a pair of cotton Isaia dress pants from STP, and you might look for the same. They sure beat Dockers!!

Also, you can find washable wool pants ... http://www.orvis.com/store/product.a...ubcat_id=12377

Be there or be square. Only I can do both!
I've got a cat named Beefeater and a dog named Beefeater, and two goldfish called Beefeater and Beefeater. There's Beefeater my hamster and Beefeater my horse, and my piglet, known as Beefeater of course.

I've never tried them, just know they exist.
