I own one. In fact I have owned several in different sizes although the 1 tazza, the smallest, is my favorite.
Stovetop Moka pots do not make true espresso but very strong coffee. No matter. I still use mine from time to time (mainly when my Estro Vapore is in for repairs which is like once every five years).
Aluminum ones heat way faster than stainless.

I have this device. It does not make espresso. But the weird stuff it creates is tasty.
