    Default February with Mama Bear's

Feb Sales... 10% off ALL cologne splashes.. http://mamabearssoaps.com/index.php?...=index&cPath=5 and 10% off Jaqueline's Valenday Heart Glycerin Bath soap with Moonlit Path fragrance http://mamabearssoaps.com/index.php?...roducts_id=605

I put most of the heart soaps for Valentines Day up on one page to make it easier for you to pick something up for your wives... http://mamabearssoaps.com/index.php?...index&cPath=32

I always try and throw a sample in orders that go out.. and am putting little 1 oz guest soaps in there now for Valentines Day. They look like Andes Mints.. with 3 layers.. the brown outer layers are scented with Chocolate Mousse Fragrance and the inside green one is scented with Peppermint eo.. PLEASE DO NOT EAT THESE SOAPS!!! I know it sounds silly but I am really worried about it...

I have added a lot of Glycerin Bath Soaps.. this is the time of year for them for sure and am trying to add scents that men like. I have two in Aged Spice, one in Dragons Blood and working on a Bay Rum tonight.. there is also Sandalwood Vanilla and many other scents that match my shave soaps.. you can find those here.. http://mamabearssoaps.com/index.php?...index&cPath=21 I am getting RAVE reviews on these soaps.. some of the best ever from customers! Also added are Bay Rum and Silver Mountain Waters soaps.. going to do a Ye Old Barbershoppe tomorrow in red white and blue too..

2 new shave soap fragrances for February include Lemon Ice.. and Amyris.. I am very excited about the Amyris as it is much like Sandalwood.. but a LOT less expensive. Also more plentiful. Here is the desciption that I have on my site for it: This is commonly referred to as West Indian Sandalwood... and many also call it 'Poor Man's' Sandalwood. It is very similar to Sandalwood without the cost. I like it because Sandalwood is becoming more and more scarce and expensive due to the high market for Sandalwood eo.

Amyris essential oil is produced from the wood chips of the Amyris Balsamifera tree, native to the West Indies and Central America. The trees grow to about 60 feet high and have clusters of white flowers that develop into an edible black-blueish fruit. Amyris is most commonly used either as a fixative in perfumery, or to adulterate pure Sandalwood oil which is much more expensive. The wood burns like a candle and is also called "Candlewood" or "Torch Wood".

Only Dustinl has tried this so far... and I got thumbs up for both these soaps..

I am still working on Candles, I just got in wood wicks and am playing with those today.. they look to be really neat! Will be offering candles in MEN's scents hopefully soon...

and don't forget, I have used empty tubs.. I will send you some with any order if you want them, just let me know..

    Happy Valentine's Day to Everyone!!!

    Sue

I haven't visited Mama Bear's den in a while. Looks like a good opportunity to wander over and see what's what. Cologne splashes, huh? Hmmmm. Lemon Ice, huh? Hmmmmmm.

oh thank you so much!! I had a pile of scraps from making them.. and even the scraps looked beautiful. I LOVE the way that glycerin soaps look in the light. First thing I do is smell them.. then I hold them up to the light to see what happens, it's always something nice!

So, anyway.. I made a soap using the scraps.. how about that! I think kids will love this one! Maybe even some adults too... not that I am admitting anything...

I am not admitting how much fun I have been having making them either!

You aren't kidding...these smell identical to the real thing. I just about had to convince myself not to taste it.

Well, to track them all you could get a simple childs map from Staples and some push pins and then look at your shipping receipts and mark them. The demographics would be neat.
