A little personal announcement...
My wife gave birth to our second baby girl the other day, a 9 pounder. We are over-joyed and under-slept, but it's just as amazing the second time around.
In order to celebrate this birth with Badger and Blade I'm running a special promo for a week...
All orders over $60 from now until 11.59pm on Feb 7, 2011 quality for 1 free RazoRock Shave Cream, you must write "New Baby Promo" in the order notes when you place the order; no asking for substitutes and this offer has no monetary value. If you forget or see this promo after your order is shipped I can not honor it.
Also, the first 5 orders over $100 in February will receive a small random extra gift. Some gifts are quite nice, some suck. Luck of the draw so you have to trust me. If you are one of the lucky 5, you will be told in a confirmation email.
I received some Samples of our new RazoRock 'top secret' brushless shave gel; ok, it's not so 'top secret' anymore. I have a bunch of friends and family that are loyal cartridge razor users and have been bugging me to find "the Ultimate Brushless product". I did my research, contacted the person I feel is the best soap (personal care product) maker in the world and presented my case. Luck was on our side and this individual actually returned my call and was in a good mood
I have 5 unscented samples in 8oz bottles to give away for people that are into brush-less shaving; you have to request it. There are three catches... 1) you have to send me a good review/opinion of it, 2) You must be placing an order over $80 so I can justify eating the extra shipping because it weighs about 300 grams. 3) I can't guarantee I'll have any left by tomorrow
This product is made with the finest organic and raw ingredients in the world. It's cold-processed to maintain 90% of the goodness of these ingredients and probably won't be an inexpensive product. One last catch... if this product doesn't make it to market, you can't hound me to get you more because I know you will once you use it.
Second point of business...
How to lather RazoRock Cream...
I've been getting a few emails on this lately. It's really really simple so here goes...
1) Soak brush in a cup for a minute or while you shower. I soak it while I shower. For awesome results, try an Omega Pro series brush.
2) Take brush out of water, shake it 3-4 times to get rid of excess water.
3) Swirl wet brush on the top of the cream for 30 seconds while you fill your basin (sink) with hot water.
4) Take the brush right to your face and start face-lathering.
5) Dip the tips of your brush into the basin water (if needed) and continue working the lather on your face to create the right lather consistency you desire; I generally dip the tips 2-3 times before my lather is "just right".
6) Enjoy!
Some more business...
For those that missed my update last week, Acqua Classica di Borsari and Acqua di Selva are now in stock (only a few Selvas left).
