SE guys...which Ted Pella blade?

Forgive me if I've missed a big fat thread on this somewhere...

On Ted Pella Inc. I see the following SE blades:

Stainless, 3-facet, uncoated.
Stainless, 3-facet, PTFE coated.
Carbon, 3-facet.
PAL Carbon 3-facet
Sapphire Knife

Which of these are "the ones" to get?

(JK about the sapphire knife. $650 isn't bad, but it won't fit my razor...)
