Cold cucumber soup:
Peel and seed cukes.
Cut into chunks and add to food processor.
Add scallions, small seeded jalapeno, parsley, and dill. Pulse.
Add yogurt and buttermilk and blend to desired consistency.
Serve cold with dollop of sour cream.
