What's for dinner? 2011

The great thing about cooking champignons on their head, either in a pan or oven, is that they fill up with their own juices!

So glad I learned that trick.

What made the meal though was sharing it with two of B&B's finest!

Supper last night was pinto beans, French Fries and baked chicken tenders seasoned with feistia chicken seasoning.
 
The worlds greatest Pizza burger and a big rocket salad.

Home ground beef, San Marzano tomatos and buffalo mootzy.

Oakwood grilled to a juicy delight.

my lovely ladys just gone to the supermarket to get the goods for greek salad, with lots of feta and olives. yum!

and damn i feel like mushrooms now!
 
Tumeric and cumin-sauteed broccoli, cauliflower, bamboo shoots and edamame beans over brown rice noodles served with a splash of soy sauce, and accompanied by jasmine green tea.

A tumbler of Aberfeldy and a stubby Cohiba are for dessert, after my post-nosh bike.
