Freezing rain in No Jersey area.... Roads along 22 are next to impassable with the ice.... went back home...not worth the chance !!!!!

Its been a winter!
I walked a half mile to get to work today. Except for one driveway and one set of stairs, it was a continuous, albeit thin, sheet of ice.
And I somehow managed not to fall like I usually do!

Here, North of Lake Erie, it has turned into straight rain. Roads not too slippery, but the forecast is for the temperature to drop drasticly tonight, so that should make things interesting tomorrow !
Mid-Town Manhattan is one Big Slushy!!!!
You all get a ton of ice and snow. We are already having talk of schools being closed again in 2 days from now because we are expecting 3 inches. LOL.
