    Default Feeling Large

I usually train alone but my son was around the other day so he videoed my squat attempt of 435. Not sexy and I could have gone a little lower but I'm considering it good. I'm no spring chicken any more so I'm still excited. I thought I'd share the video.

Here's a link if the YouTube thing doesn't work.

    i've seen worse. ;-)

    couple ideas:
work on sitting back into the squat instead of down
    push your knees out
arch your back harder...you lose whatever arch you had as soon as you changed direction

I can't see things like foot placement, upper body positioning, so I can't comment on those.

I appreciate the critique. The video was at a poor angle. I work hard on form so input is great. That was at the to end of my weight so the form was a little rough.

Thanks. I love the EliteFTS guys but missed this series. Dave's been a little weird lately so I haven't been reading the site much.

    Thanks for sharing.

Boy, I wish I had video of my 12 sets of 12 at 425lbs.

    I was an animal.
