    Default Hopelessly Addicted Newbie

    Hello to all. Been DE shaving for a while now, but just found this forum....my apologies.

    Have shaved in the shower for years, but new to the whole concept of 'wet shaving' and using a brush/DE. Suffered for years with burn and overall crummy shaves, so decided to see what was out there. Glad I did.

    Started with what's still my favorite razor: the Merkur 38G....yeah, I went gold. Got a "huge" sampler pack of blades and just about through with them all. Amazing how different blades behave differently.

    For what it's worth, I'm going to post an evaluation of blades here when I finish my experiment.
