Manufaktura Beer Cosmetics?

Anyone use these products? I am in Prague this weekend, and I picked up a bottle of Beer ASB made by Manufaktura, a local company. They also had shampoo, soap, and shaving cream for sale.

I have not tried it out yet, but it smells pretty good.

I've bought a bottle of their Aftershave balm as well. I find it to be an excellent product and is currently my aftershave of choice. It has an amazing distinctive smell and lasts for atleast 4-5 hours.

What a blast from the past!

My conclusion was that I do not like this stuff. It smells real nice, but I do not think it "calms" my face down enough after a shave. I have really sensitive skin though, so perhaps it works fine for a normal person. I just bring AS from the US now, because I have not found anything in Germany that I like as much as Art of Shaving, CO Bigelow, Truefitt and Hill, etc.

The smell is very nice and though I am not the biggest fan, the management likes it a lot.
As for skin care... not the greatest but not the worst. It didn't calm anything and I wouldn't use it after a drying soap (like cella).
If you have dry skin you might want to pass.
