I can't seem to find these. I want a plain empty wood bowl like the kind that you get when you order new shave soap, but w/out the soap. I want to melt down my own soaps and pour them into the bowls. I'm currently using cheap glass bowls, but they get really slippery, especially for upside down lathering. Anybody know where to find these?

Classicshaving.com sells some wooden bowls with lids for I think $13, mine first smelled strongly of wood stain though.
Pretty sure Saint Charles Shave sells them for $6.

It looks nice, I like it... though some people complain that it's too shallow. Lid won't fit if you set a new puck in... but I cut them up and press into the bowl, then the lid fits just fine.

Cost plus had loads of wood bowls,all made in india,small ones for like 99 cents.

I can't see an option to order the soap in the bowl, only to buy them separately.
It's there. Go to the scent you want. Just below the picture of the soap there is a drop box that says "Please Choose:"
