I have three for the list:

EverReady 150 Red/White. 18mm Best set at 42mm. It could have taken a 20mm knot. My first restore of my very first brush purchased by my Dad before I headed off to college in 1974.

Second was an EverReady 836A. 20mm Finest Badger set at 45mm.

And third an EverReady 100 Green/Cream. 20 mm Finest Fan Badger set at 45mm.

For the vintage brushes I feel the handles are the most important...to show people what it is like, but then again...we all like brush porn

I'd love to contribute but I'm not computer savvy enough to add to the wiki. You are more than welcome to use the pics. Here is a original Ever-Ready 29J shaving set with hunting dogs on the lid.

    Ever-Ready
    29J
    Overall Height 110mm
Handle length 65mm wood with orange paint
    Brush loft 45mm
    Knot diamater 20mm
    Boar bristle

All measurements are rounded to closest mm. I have a few other brushes in original condition although they are not ever-ready brand, but you could still use them in the brush index. I will post them after this.

Thanks Brian, I see my three in the wiki. EverReady's as a family have such great looks....I am glad to see this wiki getting some filler.

Ok, I stink at taking pictures, but here's a few that I haven't restored yet.
I'll post again when I have them restored and learn how to use a camera.
Not pictured is an Ever Ready 200 and a nice Erskine that need a severe cleaning.

    1. Rooney with original knot (nice butterscotch goodness)
    2. Vulfix with original knot. You don't see too many of these around.

    Default Surrey

Bought an older Surrey brush as a package with an old colgate shave stick.
    Handle length-52mm
    Knot hole size-just a tad under 24mm
No markings on handle only a sticker on the bottom of handle.
Handle shell is hollow but appears epoxy filled as original.
Appeared to be boar hair but not sure due to bristle wear.
