Warranty for Parker safety razor?

The screw on my dads Parker 91R razor just broke off and I'm wonder if it has some kind of warranty on it. I got it for him almost two years ago and I'm trying to find some contact info with no luck.

I'm also thinking about getting him a merkur, is that a good idea?

I have had mine for over a year and I have never had any issues, with the threads.
