Broken record

previously my longest lasting blade was 8 shaves from a medical personna,the eight shaves shared amongst my 7 different razors,the 8th shave started tugging and I gave it up...great performance,a blade well worth the price...today I broke the record with a feather,9 shaves and I believe I can get one or possibly 2 more...I butchered my face on the first shave,my 1963 gillette adjustable set to 5....big mistake..cranked it down to 3,and used this setting and this razor for shaves 2 through 7 ,shave eight I bravely went up to #4 setting and did fine...this is the feather in the white plastic container with the yellow insert...what lasting power on these blades,amazing !

I promised myself some time ago to test the longevity of the feathers, my preferred blade, but continue to change after 3 shaves. You've got me wondering again.
