Tonight my smoking pleasure is McClelland X-Mas Cheer 2005 in a Stanwell Legend. The last time I tried this tobacco I was not impressed, however this time the tobacco is wonderful with a tin aroma that reminds me of figs or dates. It has aged very very well.

Those mini-meers worth anything? Thought about picking one up for a while, but not sure if they smoked good.

It's not bad, it is very small, good for a 10-15 minute smoke, makes a good flake pipe IMO, these sell new for under $15 bucks as you probably already know.

I've just been afraid to buy a meer for so cheap. If they aren't bad I wouldn't mind having one. Holding off on buying a real meer for a while still.

I would just save the money you would spent on this to go towards a "real" meer, I got this one through a trade otherwise I probably would never have gotten it.

First day in ages where I can stand being outside. I am on the patio with a bowl full of Frog Morton in my Peterson Std 314. It pairs nicely with a bottle of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
